Book Blogger Appreciation Week September 14-18
I am pleased to be participating in the second annual BBAW this week with special postings scheduled each day related to the themes outlined by the oversight committee.
Today I am announcing RIF will be awarding a copy of THE ART OF READING published by RIF each day Monday through Friday of the special week. To win? It’s Not a Surprise Party, So Do Share the News!
Like the children RIF serves, I love celebrating birthdays! And guess whose birthday is next? Rasco from RIF! Yes, this blog will be one year old on October 1, 2009. A year of blogging and it will be time to celebrate. Now, since there is not really a gift to be given a “blog,” I have decided to give you the readers a chance for gifts on October 1 as a birthday treat from Rasco from RIF.
Starting today, you can earn entries into a drawing for three birthday book bundles filled with 10 hardback books each and a surprise or two! How do you enter the drawing? Our current loyal readers who have signed up for FeedBlitz prior to this entry have 15 chances already in the drawing. Anyone new signing up for FeedBlitz via the blog home page by midnight September 30 will earn 10 chances to win. And each comment a reader makes to a blog entry whether an old or a new entry, by midnight September 30 receives five chances. We’re planning another full month of special birthday blog treats with both gifts and fun postings looking back through those 43 years.
